Day 2 update

It’s the afternoon after my second 18 mile circuit, and I am KNACKERED. I was OK when I got back, but quickly began feeling very tired. I had a bath to sooth my legs. It’s now about quarter to five, and I’ve been back about four and a half hours. Now I’m feeling VERY lazy and sleepy. Hopefully it’s just an aberration. I am having to really force myself to do anything.

I can do things if I make myself, and nothing really hurts, but I feel incredibly dopey.

Yesterday, I was running around like a lunatic afterwards, full of endorphins. Clicking my fingers and jiggling about. Most odd!

I realise this isn’t a particularly exciting update, but I wanted to record it so I know looking back how the training went.
